One-stop shop for tenant-wide configuration:

  • Identity — tenant name, slug.
  • Labels — what your organization calls its organizational units (Country office / Implementing office / Programme) and its projects (Project / Programme / Country budget). These labels propagate to every screen.
  • Fiscal year — the calendar month your financial year starts. January is the default; set anything else to shift the fiscal-year columns on the EU export.
  • Workflow tier — Simple (default) keeps the UI lean: applications go straight from draft to donor. Full adds an internal "Mark as MT-approved" gate on applications, so the org admin signs off before the proposal goes out. Switch to Full when your org runs a Board / MT approval before every donor submission.
Tenant labels are propagated everywhere. Change "Country office" to "Implementing office" once and every breadcrumb, sidebar item, dropdown, and modal title in the app updates.
