Terms of service

These are pre-MVP terms in plain language. Detailed commercial
terms (SLA, liability caps, indemnification) are agreed per
customer in a Master Service Agreement before subscription begins.
The agreement
By using togrant.com you agree that Radical Fanatics provides the
software-as-a-service described on this site, and you pay the fees
shown on your invoice. Either party can terminate with 30 days'
notice. Customer data is exportable any time during the
subscription and for 90 days after termination.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your Odoo connection credentials secret. We can't see them — they're encrypted at rest using a key only the application Worker knows.
- Maintain your own Odoo install (updates, backups, etc.). togrant.com sits next to it; we don't manage it.
- Don't try to interfere with the service, other tenants, or our infrastructure.
- Don't load data you don't have the right to process under GDPR or local law.
Our responsibilities
- Provide the service as described on this site with reasonable availability (best effort on Starter, formal SLA on Enterprise).
- Keep your data safe per the privacy policy above.
- Notify you within 72 hours of any security incident that affects your data.
- Provide a full data export on termination.
Liability
Pre-MVP, our liability is capped at the fees you've paid us in the
twelve months preceding any claim. Detailed liability terms are
agreed in the Master Service Agreement for Team and Enterprise
customers.
Governing law
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the Amsterdam district court
unless we mutually agree on arbitration first.
