Implementation services. Annual plans include a 4-hour kickoff session. Data migration from spreadsheets or another grant tool, custom donor templates, and multi-entity Odoo configurations are scoped separately and billed at €150/hr.
Fair use on support. Subscription support covers questions, bug reports, and minor configuration help. Structural implementation work, new integrations and bespoke development are scoped separately so we can keep predictable response times for everyone.

Frequently asked

What counts as a user?

An active user is anyone with a sign-in to togrant.com who has logged in within the past 30 days. We don't count read-only stakeholders who only consume reports — those can be served via scheduled exports or shared links without a seat.

What's an Odoo connection?

One Odoo database (URL + database name + service-account user) that togrant.com syncs to. Multi-company orgs running multiple Odoo databases (e.g. one per country office) count each database as a connection.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

You get full Team-plan access for 30 days against your real Odoo connection. No credit card required up front. A 4-hour onboarding session is included so you're set up properly from day one. At the end of the trial you pick a plan, or just walk away — no data lock-in, no awkward conversations.

Can we self-host?

Not today. togrant.com is built on Cloudflare Workers + D1, which doesn't have a self-host path. Enterprise customers with strict data-residency needs can ask about EU-only hosting (default) and single-tenant deployment (on request).

What if we outgrow Starter?

Upgrade any time. Your data stays in place — Starter and Team share the same underlying schema. SSO and additional Odoo connections become available the moment you switch plans.
