10. Donors & partners

Master list of every organisation that interacts with you: donors, partners, sub-grantees, internal entities. Used in dropdowns on applications and grants.

Types

• Donor — funders (EU, NL MFA, etc.).
• Partner — implementing partner organisations.
• Sub-grantee / Applicant — receives funding from you.
• Internal — your own group entities (used when your own org appears in a list).
• Other — catch-all.

Each row carries name, country (ISO-3), an optional short code, and contact details (free text). Short codes show up in grant references (e.g. EU-ACME-2026).
